Terms of Use

1. Service Description

AddisPlay provides streaming access to short drama series ("Content"). Content is accessed on a coin-based model: you spend coins to unlock a series, and some episodes may be free.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You sign in with your phone number or Google account. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You may not share access or credentials with unauthorized users.

4. Payments & Coins

• New accounts may receive a starter amount of free coins.
• Coins can be earned through daily check-in rewards or purchased through in-app payments.
• Content is accessed by spending coins to unlock series.
• Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.

5. Content Usage

• Content is for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
• You may download content for offline viewing within the app only.
• You may not record, redistribute, or publicly perform any Content without written permission.
• All Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt to bypass coin payments, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any coin balance is forfeited without refund.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent; any remaining coin balance will be forfeited. After deletion, you may sign in again with the same phone number or email to create a new account.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddisPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app.
