Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your phone number or Google account. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login information secure. You may not share access or credentials with unauthorized users.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Account Deletion followed by Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, phone number, email, and login methods are removed, your coin and reward balance is forfeited, your check-in streak is cleared, and your remaining records are anonymized. Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. See our Delete Account page for details.

3. Coins and Payments

• New accounts may receive a starter amount of free coins.
• Coins can be earned through daily check-in rewards or purchased through in-app payments.
• Content is accessed by spending coins to unlock series. Some episodes may be free.
• Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your full payment details.

4. Content and License

AddisPlay provides streaming access to short drama series ("Content"). Content is for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

• You may download Content for offline viewing within the app only.
• You may not record, redistribute, or publicly perform any Content without written permission.
• All Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass coin payments, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any coin balance is forfeited without refund.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that Content will remain available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddisPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. If you are dissatisfied with the Service, your sole remedy is to stop using it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
