Delete Account

AddisPlay respects your privacy. You can delete your account at any time directly from the app, without contacting support. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

1. How to Delete Your Account

Open the AddisPlay app on your device and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Open Settings and tap Account Deletion.
Review what will be removed and tick “I understand and agree to delete my account”.
Tap Delete Account to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

2. What Happens When You Delete

Your name, phone number, email, and login methods are removed immediately.
Your coin and reward balance is reset to 0, and your check-in streak is cleared.
Your downloads and locally saved content are cleared from your device.
Purchase records and transaction history are retained for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, with your personal identifiers removed.
Your watch history, unlocks, ratings, and bookmarks are anonymized so they can no longer be linked to you.
If you are a creator, your profile is unlinked from your account and your published content remains available.

Note: After deletion, your account cannot be restored, and any remaining coin balance will be forfeited. You can sign in again with the same phone number or email to create a new account.
