1. Information We Collect

• Phone Number: If you sign in with your phone number, we collect it to verify your identity and create your account.
• Email and Name: If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name.
• Device Identifier: A random identifier generated by the app to associate your device with your account. It is not tied to your device's hardware or identity.
• User Code: An 8-digit code auto-assigned to your account for sharing and identification.
• Coin Balance & Transactions: Your coin balance, reward coins, daily check-in streak, and a record of coin purchases and spends.
• Payment Records: Amount paid and package purchased for coin top-ups. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Chapa); we do not store your full payment details.
• Watch History: The series you unlock and the episodes you watch, including watch time and completion, used to power your "For You" feed and continue-watching.
• Your Activity: Series you bookmark (My List), ratings you give, and any feedback you submit in the app.
• Creator Information: Name, TikTok handle, and payout details (bank account or mobile number) — only for users who register as creators.

We do not collect your IP address, precise location, advertising ID, or full payment card details. We do not sell your personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To identify your account and provide access to purchased content.
• To process coin purchases, rewards, and track unlocks.
• To personalize your experience, such as the "For You" feed.
• To process creator payouts.
• To detect and prevent abuse.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Hosting providers (server infrastructure).
• Payment providers (such as Chapa) to process your purchases.
• Legal authorities if required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information is removed or anonymized as described on our Delete Account page. Payment records are retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by applicable law.

5. Data Security

We implement encryption in transit (TLS) and follow standard security practices. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
